As for blogs, there are a lot. It’s hard to suggest some since I don’t know your interests. I’d start with scanning the blogs from the politics editors—both the ones who are editors now (like me), and those who follow when we are replaced. You’ll find that each of these blogs refers to other blogs that you can then look into and decide if they make sense or are of value to you. That’s how I got started!
