Well, I’m taking a piece of advice from a former politics editor and soliciting suggestions for Tumblogs to follow. I am interested in politically-oriented blogs, not necessarily only about the US, that do thoughtful, analytical pieces about political and social life. Reblog sites and snark-havens, while they have their charms (and a few places in my existing “follow” list) won’t really do: I hope to draw attention to more sophisticated pieces that treat the complexities of social and political life in nuanced and insightful ways.
So let me know what you think. I’ll check out your suggestions as they come in, and expect to be adding some “follows” soon.
